A little about WG

Willy Grainger is a residential contractor based on Vancouver Island. He is a RED SEAL CERTIFIED JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER with 15 years of experience in planning and building custom homes and renovations. He began working in his father’s woodshop at a young age and continues to create structures that embody natural simplicity. 

Starting out in the Northern coastal community of Prince Rupert BC, Willy incorporates a vision that reflects the natural environment. Willy has taken courses in STEP code, timber framing, and joinery. His love of design, woodwork, and timber framing is evident in the style and quality of his craftsmanship.

He is passionate about building West Coast structures that are beautiful, functional and unique.
